Homebrewing is a hobby I began about 5 years ago to simply have easy and inexpensive access to beer. Oh boy, how has that changed. Homebrewing and beer have now become an obsession.
The purpose for this blog is for me to share my experiences and to grow and learn as a brewer. I enjoy reading, talking and drinking beer. With this blog, we will see how I enjoy writing about it.
I have read many other blogs about brewing and drawn inspiration from them. If the format of the blog resembles other popular blogs, I apologize. Hopefully in time, the blog will develop a life of its own.
