Mild Mannered

Mild Mannered was inspired by a english mild from a local brewery. I had it on tap and it blew my mind! How could such a low gravity and easy drinking beer be so full bodied and tasty? The original recipe was first brewed two years ago and brewed from the English Mild recipe from "Brewing Classic Styles."

The beer has changed over the years, but it is my favorite beer to brew. It is so easy make and it is CHEAP!
